Clara E. Barreto Bravo (Clara Frost)

Clara E. Barreto-Bravo (Clara Frost), a cherished wife, devoted mother, and beloved grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2025, in D'Iberville, Mississippi.  Born on September 23, 1947, in Puerto Rico, Clara carried with her the vibrant spirit of her birthplace throughout her life.

A dedicated educator, Clara made a profound impact as she taught French, English, and Spanish in various schools spanning Puerto Rico, New York, New Jersey, Texas, and Massachusetts. Throughout her career, she inspired countless students with her passion for languages, instilling a love for learning that would last a lifetime in many. Clara's unwavering patience and tireless commitment to her students reflected her kind heart, which served as a beacon of light to those fortunate enough to know her.

Above all her professional accomplishments, Clara is fondly remembered for the immeasurable love she poured into her role as a mother and wife. She was the most patient and unselfish person, always placing the needs of her loved ones above her own. Her nurturing spirit created a home filled with joy, laughter, and lessons in kindness. Clara shared her life with her late husband of 49 years Wayne Frost, whose memory remains a source of strength for her family. Together, they demonstrated the true essence of partnership through the love they shared.  She is also preceded in death by her son Marc Frost.

Clara's legacy continues to live on through her surviving children, Dean Frost and Valerie Frost, whose lives reflect the values she instilled in them. She was a proud grandmother to Madeline and Elizabeth Frost, who brought boundless joy to her life. Clara's love will forever be etched in the hearts of those she leaves behind, guiding and inspiring them just as she did during her remarkable journey on this earth.

As we bid farewell to Clara E. Barreto-Bravo, let us remember a woman who embodied grace, love, and compassion. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten, for her spirit and kindness have left an indelible mark on all who were lucky enough to be part of her life.
