Claire B. Dahl

Mrs. Dahl was a former employee at J.P. Morgan Chase, was a member of the DAV, and was a Lector at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville.  She enjoyed gardening, listening to gospel music, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.  She will be remembered as an animal lover who was particularly fond of her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Catherine Geissler Badinger and John Jacob Badinger; her grandmother, Josephine Lorenz Geissler; and her brother, Earl J. Badinger (Gerrie Tucker Badinger).

She is survived by her brother, Charles J. Badinger (Marilyn Tait Badinger); her nieces, Pam Badinger Miller (children, Logan and Hannah Miller), Laurie Badinger (Tommy Gilbert, and her children, Charles M. Badinger and Alex Badinger), Karen Badinger, Charlene Badinger Carter (Todd Carter, and her children, Brennan and Apryl Barnes), and Catherine Badinger Scheuermann (children, Jake and his wife Sarah Scheuermann, and Carley and her husband Trae Satterfield).

The family is especially thankful for Claire’s 3 excellent neighbors, namely Ed and Ok Sun, Erica and Nathan, and Brook and Chris; and friends, Linda Monte, Julie Dentan, Laura Thompson, Betty Doucet and Muriel Dautrive. The family is also grateful for the care and love shown to Claire by the team at Hospice Compassus.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39532 in West Jackson County. A prayer service will follow at 11:00 am and burial will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for prayers for the repose of her soul.
