Christian Blue Jordan

Christian Blue Jordan of Kiln, age 11, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 13, 2011.
Christian, known to his loved ones as ""Chris,"" was born August 11, 1999 in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
He is survived by loving and proud parents Blue and Madella Jordan; by his two sisters, Vivian and Shelby; by his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and by countless other family and friends.
Chris attended Hancock Middle School, and he passionately participated in an array of sports there and elsewhere, including baseball, basketball, and football. A true lover of life, he enjoyed swimming, hunting, fishing, boating, dancing, and bringing laughter and joy to those around him. Chris loved being a friend, and he left a mark of love on every person he encountered. His handsome smile touched everyone that knew him, and he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 17, 2011, at Grace Chapel Church, corner of Kiln Delisle Road and Edwin Ladner Road, from 6-9 pm.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at 10 a.m. at the church, where friends may visit one hour prior to services.
Entombment will follow at Bayou CoCo Cemetery.
