Chris L. Lewis, 68, of Long Beach, passed away Sunday March 29, 2009 in Gulfport.
Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his brother, J.T. Lewis of Raymond.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife of many years, Ruth Lewis of Long Beach; his brother, K.P. Lewis (Florence) of Raymond, MS; his sister-in-law, Juanita Lewis of Raymond, MS; two nieces and two nephews.
Mr. Lewis was Choir Director and Math Teacher for Gulfport High School for many years. He also served as Choir Director at First Presbyterian Church of Gulfport.
Visitation will be on Wednesday April 1, 2009 from 2-3 pm with the funeral service immeditely following at 3 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach. Interment will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Long Beach.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Long Beach Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 332, Long Beach, MS 39560.
