Chris Hibbard

Robert Christopher """"Chris"""" Hibbard, 37, of Gulfport passed away on September 4, 2006 after a brief illness.
Chris was an electrician for many years and was respected in his field by the many people he worked with.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Myrtle Price and maternal grandfather, Lester Winkler of DeWitt, AR, Paternal grandfather Etna Hibbard and paternal grandmother Evelyn Hibbard of DeWitt, AR, nephew Hagen James Hibbard and an uncle, Kermit Patton.
Survivors include his parents, Charles and Anita Hibbard; son, Kyle Hibbard; daughter, Asia Christine Roberson Hibbard, step-son, Shawn Paris, all of Gulfport; brothers, Mitch Hibbard, Long Beach, and Greg Hibbard and his wife Shea, Germantown, TN; niece, Ali Hibbard; nephews, Britton, Kellon, and Jack Hibbard, all of Germantown, TN, and Cade Hibbard, Long Beach cousins, Teri Patton, Patti Cuevas and her husband Ronnie Cuevas, Gulfport, Lynn Upchurch and her husband Jeff of Bristol, TN, Jason Reid, Portland, OR, and Eric Reid of The Netherlands; Aunts, Naomi Patton, Gulfport and Susie Reid, Portland, OR; a special friend, Susan Donaldson, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tueday, September 5, 2006 from 6-8 pm at Gulf Coast Funeral Home, Three Rivers Road Chapel, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 1 pm Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Mitch Hibbard, Greg Hibbard, Britton Hibbard, Kevin Houston, Al Varnado, and Ronnie Cuevas. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Hibbard, Shawn Paris, Cade Hibbard, Kellon Hibbard, and Jack Hibbard.
