Charlotte Cole

Our beloved mother, Charlotte J. Cole, was lost to us on June 11, 2021. She battled cancer for years and died peacefully in her home with family close by. She was 77 years old.

Charlotte was musically talented, having a wonderful singing voice; she composed many original musical works including a Christmas Opera about the birth of Jesus Christ. She loved the Lord.

She was a creative person and had a passion for making art out of found materials.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her father, Hubert Sperry; her mother, Madge Sperry; a brother, James Sperry; a sister, Linda Absher; and a grandchild, James Cole.

She is survived by her two siblings, Robert Sperry (Susan) and Mona Fishbein (James); her daughter, Charmel Seto; her sons, Matthew Hankins (Holly), Michael Hankins (Laura) and James Cole; and her eight grandchildren, Jay Hankins, Paige Hankins,  R.J. Seto, Rose Seto, Joel Culpepper, Nikki Hankins, Victoria Cole and Brooke Cole.

Burial services will be private for the family, but a Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 31, 2021, at  Bay Vista Baptist Church in Biloxi.
