Charles P. Busby

harles P. Busby, age 80, resident of Gulfport passed away Friday, August 27, 2010 in Gulfport.
Mr. Busby retired after 20 years of service in the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant. He also worked 20 years in Civil Service at Keesler Air Force Base as an electronics instructor.
Mr. Busby was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Eva Busby; his parents, William, Sr. and Blanche Busby; his brother, William Marshall Busby, Jr.; and his sister, Doris Busby Kirby.
He is survived by his children, Melissa Busby Freeman of Lincolnton, NC, Barbara Adele Busby of Gulfport, and Charles Alan Busby (Ashley) of Mount Juliet, TN; his brother, Herman Busby of Dunwoody, GA; his sister, Elizabeth Busby Nash of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchild, Melanie Elaine Hamilton; and his great grandchild, Kyler Douglas Freeman.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, August 30, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm with Military Honors presented at 6:00 pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport.
