Mr. Charles I. Belt, 85, and a resident of Biloxi, passed away Monday, April 27, 2009 in Gulfport. There will be a graveside service at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Biloxi National Cemetery. Arrangements are by RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi.
