Charles Armstrong

Charles aÌ‚â‚Å“Charlieâ₝ Armstrong, Sr., age 65, resident of Waveland died Thursday, May 10, 2007 in Waveland. Mr. Armstrong was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Waveland since 1986. He was a member of the American Legion Post 77 in Waveland, VFW Post # 3253 in Bay St. Louis and was a truck driver.
Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lois Armstrong and a son Charles R. Armstrong, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Armstrong of Waveland; children, Catherine M. Keller of Perkinston, Carolyn Burley of Perkinston, Rhonda Fontenot of Kiln and Charles Armstrong, II of Waveland; sisters, Lois McLain of Florida, Frances Snyder of Louisiana,Mary Armstrong of Wisconsin and Sybil Seagrave of MS; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 15, 2007 from 9:00-11:00A.M. at the Riemann familyaÌ‚â‚â„¢s GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Kiln Delisle Road chapel. Graveside service will follow at Waveland City Cemetery. An online guestbook may be signed at www.gulfcoastfh.com.
