Cathy M. Pierson

Cathy M. Stennett Pierson, age 52, of Gulfport, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011.
Cathy was born July 19, 1958, and grew up in Long Beach.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Judy Stennett, brother, Jerry Stennett, and husband, Frank ""Chris"" Pierson.
She is survived by her son, Frankie C. Pierson, his wife Ashley, and two grandchildren, Jenna Nicole and Frankie Damion; her two brothers, Dale (Sheila) Stennett and Terry (Connie) Stennett; a nephew, Jeremy Stennett; and a niece, Courtney Reid. Other survivors include three uncles, one aunt, and her companion, Bill Zeoli, and his son, Nickolas.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Intensive Care Unit at Gulfport Memorial Hospital.
Cathy was a member of Freedom River Church, Gulfport, where a memorial was held on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
A public memorial will be held on the grounds of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Long Beach, at a later date.
