Catherine Reinike Pique

Catherine Reinike Pique, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
She was born in Long Beach, MS and remained a lifelong resident of the coast..
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Albertha Reinike, her husband, Elmer Pique, and her sisters, Alma Reinike Dauro and Emily Reinike Norwood.
She is survived by her son, Elmer (Tammy) Pique, Jr., her daughter, Terrie Pique (Gary) Sinopoli, her grandchildren, Elmer (Pam) Pique, III, Steven Pique and their mother, Marie Meyers, Dr. Gary (Melissa) Sinopoli, Brandi (Gerald) Sinopoli (Robert) Gerald, Raymond (Emily) Sinopoli, She is also survived by her sisters, Betty Reinike Menard and Peggy Reinike Parker, her 10 great-grandchilren, Taylor, Chase, Alex, and Bradley Pique, Lucas and Gabriella Sinopoli, Gracen, Olivia, and Victoria Gerald, and Sophia Sinopoli.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and aides at Greenbriar Nursing Home in D'Iberville for their loving care and concern for our mother.
She will be sadly missed by her family for she was the love of their life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 pm on Friday, September 9, 2011 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Long Beach, where friends may visit 1 hour prior to the mass.
Interment will be in Long Beach City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
