Carrie Mullins

Carrie Ann Mullins, age 37, of the St. Martin and Ocean Springs communities passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 26, 2018.
Carrie loved spending time with her daughter Gabi and her family, whether it was at the softball fields; going out on the boat to the islands with friends and picking up seashells, driftwood or whatever might have caught her eye; or spending time with those close to her at home.  She loved to color and would spend hours doing so, because it brought her a sense of peace.  Carrie loved arts and crafts and attempting online "Do It Yourself" projects.  She was a very generous, caring, outgoing, and optimistic woman, always there to lend a hand, be a shoulder to cry on, or be of help to whoever needed it.  She was an amazing mother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Carrie is preceded in death by her mother, Marian Shields Mullins; grandmother, Frances Shields; uncle Delbert Shields, II; and brother-in-law, Gary Jacobs, Sr.
Carrie is survived by her only child, Gabrielle Arnold; sisters, Sheresa (Darren) Elliott and Tammy Jacobs; nieces and nephews, Marissa Ross, Lauren Ross, Gary Jacobs, Jr. Ashely Green, Oliver Rossick, Braxton Stephen, Savanah Jacobs, Elijah Jacobs, Kalob Greene, and Skyler Greene.  She is also survived by her Family at Heart, Terri Booth; Steve Suchomel and family; "girlfriend and best friend," Nicole O'Neal, along with her husband, Noah O'Neal, Carrie's "Boyfriend"; and her "other daughter," Madison Jumonville; her Island View work family; and numerous other family and friends who love her and will miss her dearly every single day.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the 1:00 PM Memorial Service on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME (13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at the corner of Washington Ave., in West Jackson County).  Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery in Woolmarket.
