Carolyn """"Diana"""" Saucier, age 54, resident of Kiln, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009, in Gulfport.
Ms. Saucier was born in Hancock County and was a lifelong resident of the Standard Community. She worked for FEMA, helping families with the cottages in which they lived. She also worked the concession stands for Hancock County Schools. She will be remembered as a loving mother, partner, daughter, sister, and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Erastus and Alphoncene Saucier; maternal grandparents, Kire and Corelia Mitchell; and her brother, Rodney Saucier.
She is survived by her son, Marshall Hutchison of Kiln; her partner, William """"Bill"""" Hutchison of Kiln; parents, Clifton and Janice Saucier of Kiln; siblings, C.J. Saucier (Susan) of Kiln, Dale Wayne Saucier (Kitty) of Kiln, and Peggy Luke (Ray) of Lizana; stepson, Billy Hutchison of AL; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, where friends may call from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Standard Sandhill Cemetery.
