Carol Ann Curvin Ladner, age 73, of Pass Christian, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 28, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole R. Ladner; her parents, Lampkin and Gladys Curvin; her grandparents, Walter and Ida Parker; her aunt, Betty Moran; and numerous other relatives.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Bernard C. Ladner; her children, Charles Ladner, Karen Bonney (Shane Sigsworth), Dena Burleson (Dr. William Burleson), and Ricky Ladner (Sandra); her brother, L.G. Curvin (Christine) and family; her grandchildren, Ashley Bonney, William Bonney (Miranda Boyet), Ayden Ladner, and Josh Ladner and family; 2 great-grandchildren, Cole and Chloe Bonney; and other relatives and friends.
She retired from Sam's Club after 21 years of service. Mrs. Ladner was a faithful member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and she enjoyed gardening and cultivating her plants. She was a very kindhearted and loving person that was always doing for others.
Visitation will be on Monday, March 4, 2019, from 1 - 3 pm at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pass Christian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3 pm in the church. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
