Carmen Estelle Bowen, age 79, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Charles B. Bowen; loving parents, Lawrence and Louis Meek; grandson, Michael Paul Spooner; brother, Billy Meek .
She is survived by her 3 sons, Bobby Spooner (Sandy), Roland Spooner and Michael Anthony Bowen (Pam); daughter, Tammy Bowen; 2 brothers, Larry Meek (Jackie) and Eddie Meek (Patricia); 3 grandchildren, Christina Blanchard (Andy), Brandi Bowen and Elisha May (Kenneth); great-granddaughter, Addison Rae Blanchard; Nephew, Jack Lawrence Meek ; niece, Darla Meek Sowards.
A graveside service will be held at 9:00AM on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport is serving the family.
