Burton Redmond

Burton E. Redmond, age 75, a native and longtime resident of Biloxi, died on Monday, March 29, 2010, in Biloxi. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Mr. Redmond was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Edward & Onealure Tyree Redmond and his brother, Gene Redmond.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Judy L. Redmond of Biloxi; his children, DeAnn Redmond (David) Fairley of Magnolia, TX, and their children, Kristopher Loren (Rachele) Fairley and son, Blake, and Seth Redmond Fairley; Randy Redmond of Woolmarket, and his children, Randall Heath Redmond and daughter, Morgan Leigh, and Heather Redmond (Jesse) Boyce; and Lisa (Jason) Gillenwater of Ocean Springs, and their children, Lane Matthew Gillenwater and Caitlin Lindsay Gillenwater.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, P. O. Box 4486,
