Brandon Jarrett

1996 — January 1, 2020

Biloxi/Woolmarket

Brandon Scott Jarrett, age 24, a lifelong resident of the Woolmarket Community in Biloxi, MS passed away in a tragic vehicle accident on November 7, 2020 leaving his family, his friends, and this community heartbroken.
Brandon graduated from D’Iberville High School in 2014 and was employed with Elliott Homes in Gulfport, MS. He was passionate about his role with Elliott Homes and he had finally found his calling.
He was a friend to every single person he met. Brandon had an old soul and was wise beyond his years. He truly had a servant’s heart. His dog Samson was his best friend and we know he was waiting for Brandon at Heaven’s gate with a wagging tail to welcome him home.
Brandon loved everything about fishing, hunting, boating and drinking beer with family and friends around a bonfire. No doubt, he was always the funniest guy in the room and he damn sure knew it! Brandon loved his family and his friends but we know one thing for certain is that boy sure loved his Momma.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Jarrett; grandfather and grandmother, Donnie Gum and Marge Gum; great-great aunt, Mannie Hatem; and his great grandfather, Patrick Santa Cruz.
Brandon is survived by his parents, mother and stepfather, Connie and Darren Lea of Woolmarket, MS; his father and stepmother, Bobby and Marie Jarrett of Bradenton, FL; sister, Amanda Jarrett (Aaron Young) of Gulfport, MS; brothers, Justin Johnson (Caitlin) of Florence, AZ, Tyler Jarrett (Yana Vickery) of Mobile, AL.; his grandparents, Alan and Joan Santa Cruz of Ocean Springs; and his niece Josie Johnson of Florence, AZ; step sister, Haidyn Lea; and a large host of relatives and dear friends and fellow employees that will all miss him deeply.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. funeral service at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd., at Washington Ave in West Jackson County.
