Bonnie Evans

Bonnie Marie Evans nee Carver, age 79 of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Monday August 23, 2021, in Atlanta, GA.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Evans; her sons, Derek Evans and Charles Cook; her brother, Donald J. Carver, Sr; and her parents, Edwin and Carrie Favre Carver.

She was a resident of Bay St Louis, MS and a lifelong member of St Clare Catholic Church in Waveland, MS.

Bonnie leaves behind two children, her son Shea Evans (Sharron) of Kenner, LA and her daughter, Carrie Ford (Kevin) of Peachtree City, GA, and also survived by her three grandchildren, Payden Wayne Evans, Colin Spencer Ford and Katherine Elisabeth Ford and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Bonnie’s life was devoted to family. She took pleasure in cooking and baking for anyone who stopped by for coffee. She never missed an evening with her son, cheering the Saints to victory and had a particular fondness for Gordon Ramsay and his abrasive personality. She was looking forward to spending time with her grandchildren and once more fishing with her son.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Services on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 1:30 pm at the Gulf Coast Memorial Cemetery and Mausoleum in Bay St. Louis, MS.
