Mr. Bob Burns Hendrix, age 67, resident of Gulfport, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2009, in Gulfport.
Mr. Hendrix was born in Perkinston and was a sheet metal mechanic. He was a very loving person, whose big heart led him to do the best he could for his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eli John Hendrix and mother, Agnes Madden Henson; and sisters, Voncile Piroutek and Susie Saucier; and brother, Junior Hendrix.
He is survived by his son, Bobby Hendrix of Gulfport; daughters, Linda Renee Webb of Hattiesburg and Beverly Lynn Hendrix of Hattiesburg; sisters, Ellaree Rouse, Carol Alexander, and Tammy Haddix, all of Sacremento, CA; grandchildren, Bobby Hendrix, Jr., Tiffany Webb, Stephanie Smith, Samantha Webb, Eddie Hendrix, Derrick Hendrix, Carlnesha Hendrix, and Tytianna Hendrix; great grandchildren, Landon Holcomb, Jamie Smith, Paige Smith; and best friend Bobby J. Carr.
Memorial services will be Saturday, July 11, 2009, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11213 Hwy 49N, Gulfport, at 10 am. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
