Billy Ray Osborne

 Billy Ray Osborne, born on July 26, 1973, in New Orleans, LA, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, in Long Beach, MS.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Veronica Ortiz; father, Jimmy Osborne; and nephew, Alijah Osborne.

Billy is survived by his devoted companion, best friend, and soulmate, Jennifer Favre; daughter, Gabrielle Anne Osborne; stepdaughter, Kaylen Smith; brothers, James Lee Osborne and Collins Joseph Osborne; grandchildren, Oakleigh and Wyatt Barnett; and nephew, Austin Shoemaker.

Billy was a New Orleans, Louisiana native and current resident of Long Beach, Mississippi. He enjoyed spending time at home with his animals and his dog, Lucy, was his best friend. He loved watching the Saints and LSU football games on Sundays. Billy enjoyed going bike riding to the beach, and especially loved when there would be bad weather. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Monday, January 6, 2025 at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Long Beach, with a funeral service that will start at 2:00 pm. Interment will be Long Beach City Cemetery.
