Billy Hensley

Billy D. Hensley, age 58 and a resident of Biloxi, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, in Gulfport.
Mr. Hensley was a native of Woodlake, CA and had been a resident of Biloxi since 1994. He served 6 years in the U.S. Air Force and 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was also a member of Faith Baptist Church in Gulfport.
Mr. Hensley is preceded in death by his father, Gene Dale Hensley; his mother, Francine Drues Comstock; his stepfather, Herb Comstock and his stepsister, Debbie Comstock.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 18 years, Jessie Hensley of Biloxi; his children, James Hensley of Biloxi, Deanna Hensley of Lawton, OK, Candy (Nick) Kiddman of Las Vegas, NV, Cynthia (James Jarrell) Compton of Biloxi, and Jessica (Shane) Smith of D'Iberville; his brothers, Dale (Jane) Hensley of Lawton, OK, George (Lorraine) Hensley of Shawnee, OK, and Kenneth (Barbara) Hensley of El Dorado, NM; 13 grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, other loving family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church, 8467 Canal Road, Gulfport, MS 39503.
