Billie Smith

Billie Ruth Smith entered eternal rest on Friday, September 3, 2021 in Gulfport, MS. She was 76 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Smith, her son, William Smith, her parents, Vinson and Velma Phillups Pulliam, her sister, Evelyn Jane Pulliam, her brothers, Jerry and David Pulliam, her daughters-in-law, Debra Smith and Vicki Smith, and her grandchildren, Billy Smith, Jr., Jacob Smith, Terry Smith, Ruth Ellen Wheat and Evaeh Cuevas. Ruth leaves to cherish her memories are her children, Daniel Smith, Jerry Smith, Helen Sullivan, Billy Smith (Susan), Jody Smith (Kelly), Johnathan Alexander and John Denza, and her siblings, Myrtis Dyer (Wayne), Dewey (Florence) Pulliam, and Vinson Lee Pulliam. She is also survived by her 47 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and someone special to her, Rebecca Murphy and a host of nieces and nephews. Ruth was a native of Moselle, MS and was a lifelong resident of Hancock County, MS and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11:00 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 141 Highway 90, Waveland, MS and the visitation will begin at 9:00 am until service time. Burial will follow in Waveland Cemetery.
