Beverly Ann Hopkins Pulsifer, age 65, of Kiln, passed away on October 23, 2009 in the Kiln.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Grady Hopkins and Ruby Chester Hopkins; and two sisters, Carol Hopkins and Jeanette Hopkins Backus.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Pulsifer, of Kiln; her children, Ruth Pulsifer of Kiln, Paul Pulsifer and his wife, Laura, of Long Beach, and Joy Pulsifer of Nicaragua; one grandchild, Larkin Pulsifer, of Long Beach; and a brother, Clifton Hopkins, of Tallahassee, FL.
Her life given to mission work, she served as a missionary in Nicaragua, Romania, India, and Nepal. She is best described as a missionary, loyal friend, intercessory prayer warrior, sister in the Lord, and Mother to many. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cooking.
At Ann's request, memorial gifts may be made to: Basic, Po Box 431, Kiln, MS 39556, for the construction of a women's home in Nepal.
A Memorial Celebration will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Church of the Good Shepard, Espy Ave, Pass Christian, where family and friends may visit from 5:00 PM until service time. Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
