Beverly Ann Johnson, 59, of Long Beach, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at home in Gulfport surrounded by her loving family.
Beverly was born November 3, 1955 in Poplarville, MS. She graduated from Long Beach High School and received a Bachelor's Degree from USM.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Johnson, Sr. Beverly is survived by her mother, Mildred M. Johnson; her son, Cody Mitchell Blanton; her granddaughter, Alaina; her sisters, Jenny (Eddie) Brewer of Gulfport and Becky (Mike) Severson of Ocean Springs; and brother, Bobby (Cheryl) Johnson of Long Beach.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Boyington Nursing Home who did such a great job caring for Beverly until she was able to come home. A special note of gratitude goes out to the staff of Saad Home Healthcare and Hospice for their loving care during this difficult time.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where family and friends may visit thirty minutes prior to the service.
