Betty Flanagan Carrington, 77, of Gulfport, was called home by God on Monday, January 14, 2008.
Mrs. Carrington was a life-long resident of Gulfport. She was a faithful Christian, loving mother, adored grandmother and a compassionate nurse.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Idell Drake; father, Wayman Morris; her husbands, W.H. Flanagan and Russ Carrington; and son-in-law, Enrico Marcial.
Survivors include her children, Patrick Cuviello (Brenda), Linda Marcial, Teresa Staley (Clayton), and Bootsy Flanagan McCutcheon; five grandchildren, Ian Daniel, John Cuviello, Jessica Staley, Hayley and Brooke McCutcheon; three great-grandchildren, Rachel, Emily and Jared Daniel.
The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
