Beth Michele Poole, born in love February 28, 1963 in Beckley, WV, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2010 at the age of 47.
She was a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary School in Providence, Rhode Island. She was quite an accomplished chef having worked and lived throughout the U.S. including Hawaii.
Her pleasures in life were traveling, fishing, snow skiing, jumping horses, and working with and training animals.
She is survived by her father, Mark Ferrell of Whitehouse, TN and her mother, Dawn O'Brien of Longwood, FL. She also leaves behind her sister, Kelly Gierach and her husband, David, of Longwood, FL; four nieces; one nephew; her loving aunt Pamela Dikeou and her husband, Deno, of Winter Park, FL; and her grandparents, Lonnie and Doris Hall of Logan, WV.
We have loved you and cared for you throughout your life and we will miss you and your great laughter. You will be in our hearts forever.
Funeral services will be private.
