Bertie Ladner

Bertie Lou Brewer Ladner, age 83, of Gulfport, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018, in Bradenton, Florida.
Mrs. Ladner was a former employee of Maybell's Manufacturing and Stuffed Shirts.  She was also a member of Discovery Church of Gulfport.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in Colorado and Florida.  She will be greatly missed!
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Levoy Ladner; grandson, Dustin Clemmons; her parents, Frennie and Clidie Brewer; siblings, James Brewer, Catherine Sanford, Thelma Walley, and Annie Milholen.
She is survived by her children, Darlene Plummer (Terry) and Dianne Gilley (Timothy); three grandchildren, Jessica Cabrera (Tony), Robbie Clemmons (Heather), and Josh Plummer (Carina); great grandchildren, David, Aron, Lexi, Addie, Ellie, and Addie;  and siblings, Audrey Bundy (Tommy), Merlean Rockco (Willie), Peggy Bond (Jerry), Ruby Hughes, Billy Brewer (Sandra), Rachel Nethery (Bill), Joan Babin (Curt), and Jean Massey (Charles).
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, August 3, 2018, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.  The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Discovery Church, 17 ^th Avenue, Gulfport, with a visitation for family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
