Bernice Juanita Smith passed away October 7, 2012 at her home in the Lizana Community.
She was born in Meridian, MS to the late Mary Shirley and James Caraway of Meridian, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hayward Smith; and son-in-laws, F.E. Fairley and Gerald Royals.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Fairley, Joyce Royals, and Wanda Smith; grandchildren, Mary Bond, Vincent Fairley, Melissa Matthews, Becky Page, and Mandy Parker; great grandchildren, Sean Reel, Josh Reel, Reacquel Matthews, Kirk Matthews, Whitney Matthews, Alexis Page, Brycean Page, and Jayden Grubbs; and great great grandchildren, Cory, Peyton, Emma Bell, and Kinley.
She was a very loveable person and was loved by everyone. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters Linda, Joyce, and Wanda.
The family would like to thank all of the staff of Camellia Hospice.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm, with a visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 pm, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 12280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Burial will follow at First Free Church of God Cemetery.
