Belinda Raye Wilson Evans, 56, of Pearlington, died on Saturday, March 18, 2006, in Slidell, LA.
Mrs. Evans was a native of Springfield, Illinois, and worked as a caterer for Slidell Memorial Hospital for many years. She enjoyed baking and caring for others, and she loved her role as a mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Clemens Evans.
She is survived by her children, Michele Neal Graham and her husband, Donald Wayne of Lakeshore, Robert Evans and his wife, Chante of Pearlington, and Bonnie Martin Kazmier and husband, Tim of Port St. Lucie, FL; two brothers, Ben Taylor of Pearlington and Keith Wilson of Colorado; seven grandchildren, Heather and Cory Neal, Rikki, Amanda, and Dustin Graham, and Shane and Cairra Martin; one great grandchild, Edward Louis Besse, III.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2006, at Gulf Coast Funeral Homes, Kiln DeLisle Road Chapel, where friends may visit from 6-8 p.m.
A procession will leave the funeral home on Monday at 10:15 a.m. going to Pearlington Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
