Beatrice Hinson

Beatrice N. Hinson, age 87, of McComb, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023.

She was preceded in death by parents, Joseph & Lena Nelson; 1^st husband, Ralph L. Hinson, Sr.; son, Ralph L. Hinson, Jr.; brothers, Arthur, J.C. & Paul Nelson; husband, Bill Cavnar; and sister, Val Little.

Beatrice is survived by her son, David & Tina Hinson; grandchildren, Lee (Tara) Hinson, Brandi (Patrick) Hildalgo, Stephanie (Kevin) McBrain, Adam Smith, and Clansey Hinson; and great grandchildren, Sam, Braden, Castin, Hayes, Hayden, Ethan Lee, Ethan Parker, Gray, Jaxson, and Selah.

Beatrice worked for National Defense at Keesler Air Force Base. Maw Maw Bea gave her life to Jesus at a young age and was a faithful member of the 1^st Assembly of God.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to STATcare physicians and nurses, the nurses and physicians at Diversicare, and the nurses at Compassus Hospice.

Maw Maw Bea loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She loved telling them about her childhood and growing up in Wiggins, MS.

Pall Bearers will be Samuel Wilson, Hayes and Ethan Hinson, Hayden and Ethan Lewis, and Castin Stinson. Honorary pall bearers are Kevin McBrain and Chris Bailey.

Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport. A funeral service is at 1:00 pm after the visitation. Interment will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
