Barbara ""Nene"" Walker, 71, resident of Biloxi, passed away July 21, 2011.
Mrs. Walker was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, and was employed with the Biloxi Police Department for many years. She embroidered quilts and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Porter Smith and Florence Smith; her husband, William E. Walker, Jr.; her daughter, Sandra Walker; her sister, Belinda Parker; and her brother, Billy Smith.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Rockwell of Biloxi, Billy Walker of Biloxi, and Bradley Walker of Biloxi; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to visit from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2011 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME in Biloxi, and also on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church from 10:30 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
