Mrs. Barbara Rogers ""Babs"" Sherman, age 72, resident of Long Beach, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
Mrs. Sherman was born in Mobile, AL, and was a lifelong Coast resident. As her grandson said, ""She was a good mother and grandmother.""
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fonnie and Helen Golden.
She is survived by her children, Donald Joseph Sherman of Mobile, Richard David Sherman of New Orleans, and Kimberly Ann Sherman of Long Beach; sister, Sandra Haig; brothers, Fonnie and Brad Golden; grandchildren, Autumn Brehmer and Anthony Sherman; and her nephews, David Haig of Chicago, IL, and Bobbie Haig, of Pensacola, FL.
