Barbara Carey

Barbara Ann Goodin-Carey, age 77, of Kiln, went home to be with her Lord on May 21st, 2022, at 7:45am.

She was born on May 15th, 1945, with her twin sister, Bette L. Nadau in Boston Massachusetts. There she met Jerry W. Goodin, who was serving in the Navy. She moved to Mississippi where they married April 29th, 1966.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marie Nadow. She is survived by her sister, Bette L. Nadau; her children, David W. Goodin & Stephanie M Colcord; her granddaughters, Lindsey Aulph, Gabrielle Goodin, Cheyenne Colcord-London, and Ashley Mitchell.

Barbara served her Lord at First Assembly of God in Gautier, MS, and Full Gospel Tabernacle in D'Iberville, MS, in teaching and in song with her husband Jerry. She later married Frederick T. Carey, on November 7th, 1999. They attend Faith Assembly of God in Kiln, MS. She was very much beloved by family, brothers, & sisters in Christ. She will be dearly missed.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Faith Assembly of God, 18701 Hwy 43, Kiln, MS, 39556.
