Baby Boy River Weems

Master River Joseph Weems of Saucier, was born at 11:10 AM on November 12, 2020, at Singing River Hospital, in Gulfport and entered into eternal rest in the arms of his Lord and Savior at 11:30 AM.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Spiers; his paternal great grandparents, Mark and Olga Bryant and Jerry and Clemouse Weems.

River is survived by his parents, Jerry Wayne and Christine Spiers Weems; his brother, Malaki Weems; his maternal grandparents, Scotty and Kelly Hartfield of Brooklyn, MS; his paternal grandparents, Richard and Gracie Weems of Saucier, MS; and his maternal great grandmother, Lenora Vaughn of Hattiesburg, MS.

River was affectionately called "Fish" by his older brother, Malaki. Even though his life was limited, he was deeply loved.
