Ba Ho

Ba The Ho, age 65, of Pass Christian, passed away on September 11, 2022, in Gulfport, MS.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter Ha The Ho and Anna Cay Thi Hoang; and a sister, Chau Thi Ho.

He is survived by his children, Vincent Ho, Marie Ho (Joseph Guillot), and Kathleen Ho Patridge (Conner Patridge); a sister, Jaime Nguyen; 5 nephews, Jon Paul Nguyen, Simon Nguyen, Stephen Nguyen, Ethan Nguyen (Jessica), and Adrian Nguyen.

Mr. Ho was a native of Vietnam and was a longtime resident of Pass Christian.  He was a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and he was self employed as a fisherman and after he retired from commercial fishing, he worked as a chef at St. Augustine Seminary in Bay St. Louis.  He enjoyed social gatherings, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.  He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and he was faithful to attend 7:30 am mass at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Long Beach.

Visitation will be on Thursday and Friday from 5 - 7 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.  A procession will leave the funeral home at 9:15 am Saturday for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at Holy Family Catholic Church.  Interment will be at a later date in St. Paul Cemetery.
