Aydin Michael Stallings, 18, of Kiln, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. He was born on July 12, 2003, in Gretna, LA. the beloved son of Shaun and Veronica Stallings.
Aydin is survived by his parents, Shaun and Veronica Stallings; his siblings, Lana, Jena, Faith Stallings, and Ethan Coleman; his loving grandparents, Ron and Song Melnyk, Tami Luft and LeRoy Harper, Michael and Judy Coleman and the late William Stallings. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Jason and Shannon Coleman, Jason and Nataleigh Markey, Justin and Jessica Stallings and Jeremy and Amanda Stallings. Aydin leaves behind cousins that loved him dearly, Chloe and Cameron Coleman, Colin and Ainsley Markey, Kody, Haley and Bryce Stallings, Austin and Keleigh Stallings and Brodie Erwin. He also leaves behind numerous loving family members.
He was a very spontaneous young man who set out to do whatever he put his mind to. He was filled with ambition to be financially independent and successful. So, naturally he went straight to work once he completed school. Aydin’s work ethic was remarkable for someone so young and wanted more than anything to make his mark on the world and to get there on his terms.
Aydin absolutely cherished the living in the “Sip” and being outdoors. He loved hanging out with his dad and all the guys at his hunting camp, standing around the kitchen with his mom and dad talking about his life philosophies. (Which seemed to still need some tweaking.) When he wasn’t working or hanging with family, he enjoyed being with his girlfriend, his close friends and doing everything he could to make people laugh when he was with them. He was always working on ATVs, trucks and the flat boat he just bought with his dad or his friends. Some of his best times have been his sitting around a campfire laughing and cutting up. He wanted to just simply enjoy life.
Aydin’s unbreakable bond with his two older sisters was to be admired. They were all so close and could pretty much talk about everything. They had no boundaries. The devotion and the love he shared with his little sister Faith who only called him “BOY” from the moment she said his name was something he held dear to his heart, and that little girl got a “love ya,” hug and kiss from him just about every day. Ethan looked up to him and aspired to be like him in a lot of ways.
Aydin just had this energy that radiated, and you could feel who he was, and it showed in so many ways. He was hardheaded and stubborn at times but the most amazing person with the most beautiful smile and laugh. He loved Jesus and kept his bible on his nightstand and his devotional on his dashboard. He will be missed beyond measure. The family finds comfort in knowing Aydin was welcomed home to the Lord by his beloved “Ha-Ha.”
