Ava Baswell, age 90, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Gulfport, MS.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Baswell; daughter, Lucille Burns; son, Robert "Sam" Baswell; two grandsons, "Little Sam" Baswell, Ricky Burns; her parents, Robert and Lucille Ellis; and three brothers, Nathan, Samuel, and Robert Ellis.
She is survived by her two daughters, Lillian Ann Baswell of Gulfport, Naomi "Ruth" McDonald of Saucier; granddaughters, Brenda Burns, Penny McBride, Janelle Butler, Victoria Hardaman, Jessica Stone; grandsons, Clifton Burns, Jr., Michael Wayne Burns, Ronnie Wayne Ladner; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 1:00 PM with visitation one hour prior at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.
