Arthur Henry Khern, Jr, age 90, of Pass Christian, passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 in Gulfport, MS.
Mr. Khern was a native of New Orleans, LA and a former resident of Metairie, LA and proudly served his country during WWII.
Beloved husband of the late Paula Salvaggio Khern, devoted father of Paula Carlomagno and Christine Self, father-in-law of Dino Carlomagno and Robert Self, beloved grandfather of Tyler Self, son of the late Cecile and Arthur H. Khern, Sr., brother of the late Helen Lapari and Ethel Dukey, uncle of Marty Lapari and Jack Dukey.
He was a generous and gentle man and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He lived a full life!
Private services will be held at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
