Arthur Harris

Arthur Harris, age 86 of Biloxi, passed away Monday, March 26, 2014 in Woolmarket, MS.
Mr. Harris was born in Lake Charles, LA and was a resident of the Gulf Coast for 50 years. He was retired from the Air Force and retired from Civil Service.
He was preceded death by his parents, Arthur Harris, Sr. and Camille Simon Hicks; and his great-grand daughter, Rachel Leanne Pearson, daughter of Rebecca Michelle Pearson.
He is survived by the mother of his children: Louise Woodside Harris; two children, Tiwana Harris Pearson, and her children, Rebecca Michelle Pearson, Victoria Ruth Pearson (and their father Kenneth Pearson), and Mercedes D'Lynd Pearson (and her father Dennis Miller); and his son, Lynn Harris and his wife Evelyn, and their children Katherine Cortelyou (Windy Hamilton) and Robin York (and her husband Brent). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren: Victoria's children: Alexis Louise Green, Hannah Marie Green, and Matthew Russell Green, Jr. (and their father Mathew Russell Green, Sr.); Rebecca's daughter, Courtney Ray Nicole Pearson; and Robin's children: Mason York and Jessica Hamilton.
The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Biloxi, where friends may visit two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Pam Hufford, Harlon Hufford, Joseph Hufford, Dennis Lyman Miller, Matthew Russell Green and James Tyler Thornton.
