Anthony Castelin, age 84, of Pass Christian, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in Gulfport.
Mr. Castelin was born and raised in Pass Christian where he worked as a fisherman alongside his father. He later went to work for Harrison County until he retired.
Mr. Castelin was preceded in death by a son, Keith Joseph Castelin, the mother of his children, Henrietta French Castelin, parents, Beulah Cuevas Castelin and Joseph John Castelin, siblings, Betty Castelin Carter and Fred William Castelin.
Survivors include his children, Cheryl, Greg, and Cindy, a sister, Rose Castelin McKellar, 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and several other relatives and friends.
Private graveside services will be held at Old DeLisle Cemetery where he will be laid to rest in the family plot.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport for their care and concern for Mr. Castelin.
