Annette Duke Long Tsipouras, age 83 passed away on Friday, January 29, 2010, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Tsipouras was born in Gulfport on February 19, 1926 to Leon Duke, Sr., and Georgia Christy Duke Embry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Demetrius Tsipouras; her parents; and her brother, Leon Duke, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Long of Long Beach; sons, Henry Long (Pat) of Fairborn, OH, and Leon Long (Kathy) of Long Beach; grandchildren, David Long (Kristy) of Long Beach, Dina Smith (Jason) of Long Beach, Kelly Spengler (Dave) of Grove City, OH, and Kenny Engle (Dana) of Gray, TN.
Inurnment will be next to her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
