Annette Cuevas, age 55 of Pass Christian, passed away on June 10, 2017 in Gulfport, MS.
She is preceded in death by her father, Maven (Pedro) Peterson; paternal grandparents, Aven Peterson (Ethel); maternal grandparents, Melvin Cuevas (Willie); brother, Richard Peterson; and godson Derick Ladner.
She is survived by her son Jacob Cuevas of Necaise Crossing; former spouse, Michael Cuevas of Necaise Crossing; mother, Willie Mae Peterson of Lizanna; three sisters, Liz Peterson of Lizana, Theresa Ladner (Raymond), Melissa Ladner (Ricky); five brothers, Wayne Peterson, Jeffery Peterson, Jerome Peterson (Nicole) of Dedeaux, Joe Peterson of Pass Christian, Pat Peterson (Robin) of Saucier; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 11 AM Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Pass Christian. Visitation was held two hours prior to Mass. Interment was held at St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd. Pass Christian served the family.
