Ann B. White, 78 of Long Beach passed away on January 27, 2025 at St Joseph’s Hospice. She was born on April 6, 1946 in Gulfport, MS. She is preceded in death by her parents, A.C. Brewer and Lillian R. Creel; and her loving husband of 62 years, George Wallace White III.

Ann graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile, AL, where she met her husband, and were married on October 6, 1962. Ann was a Military Wife who supported her husband while raising her family. During this time, Ann worked as a Director of Dependent Youth Activities, which helped kids on base with Recreation Activities. Ann and her husband decided to move back to the Gulf Coast after her husband retired. Ann then worked on the Seabee Navy Base in various roles. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to so many. Ann was true to the military life, and raised her family accordingly. She will be forever missed and we all know that she is in heaven with her husband and family. 

Ann is survived by her loving children, John White (Kelly Matturri), and Sherry Lynn (James) Dailey; grandson, Rhett White; and their beloved dog “Daisey”.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Blvd, Biloxi).  Where she will be placed alongside her husband.
