Ann B. Kriss, age 75 and a resident of Biloxi, died Thursday, November 19, 2009 in Biloxi
Mrs. Kriss was born in Lebanon, VA on October 11, 1934. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 1952, and then attended Emory and Henry College in Emory, VA. After graduation, she worked for AAA in Washington, D.C. She worked as a legal secretary after moving to Biloxi in 1956. In 1989, she began working for the City of Biloxi, and retired from the City as Municipal Court Clerk in 2006.
Mrs. Kriss was a member of Beauvoir United Methodist Church, and belonged to the PEO, Biloxi Federation of Church Women, and United Methodist Women (UMW).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kate Williams (Bundy), and Charles Kelly Bundy; her son, Charles A. """"Tony"""" Kriss, Jr.; her sister, Edith Kelly (Raymond) Williams; and her son-in-law, Wayne d. Moore.
She is survived by her husband, Charles; and two daughters, Andi Kriss Moore of Biloxi, and Kelli Kriss McKie of St. Louis, MO; and has eight grandchildren: David and Krissi Moore, Danny and Alyssa Kriss, all of Biloxi, and Bryn, Alyson, Jake, and Ian McKie of St. Louis.
Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2009 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. The funeral service will be Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at the Beauvoir United Methodist Church, where friends may also visit one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Biloxi City Cemetery.
