A.J. """"Slick"""" Ruspoli, 65, of Waveland, died Friday, April 13, 2007 in Waveland.
Mr. Ruspoli was a native of Pass Christian and had lived in Lake Worth, FL before returning to the coast 4 years ago. He was employed as an auto mechanic and was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ruspoli; his parents, Russell John and Mary Chiniche Ruspoli; and a daughter, Darlene Ruspoli.
Survivors include his 2 sons, Rusty (Rebecca) Ruspoli, Kiln and Michael Ruspoli, Waveland; 3 brothers: Frank (Dona) Ruspoli, Diamondhead, Thomas Ruspoli, Long Beach, and Francis Ruspoli, Bay St. Louis; 2 sisters: Conchetta Reed, Hoover, AL, and Bee """"Boach"""" Williams, Bay St. Louis; 4 grandchildren: Christopher Hollis, Theresa Benjamin, Ambuyre Hollis, and Russell Ruspoli, Jr.; 1 great-grandchild: Emile' Lucas; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 18, 2007 from 11 am - 1 pm at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Kiln DeLisle Road Chapel. The funerl service will begin at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
