Mr. Alton Joseph Robichaux, Sr., age 70, resident of Gulfport, died on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, in Biloxi.
Mr. Robichaux was born in Houma, LA, and had lived on the coast for over 10 years. He served in the Korean War in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper. He was a pipewelder by trade, was a good father, and enjoyed his Cheers family in Gulfport.
He is survived by his children, Debra Hoffman of CA, Guy Robichaux of Columbia, MS, and Alton Robichaux, Jr. of Ocean Springs; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters.
Services will be held in Louisiana at a later date.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd., Biloxi, is in charge of arrangements.
