Allison Claire Ellis

Allison Claire Ellis, age 72 of Long Beach, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023.

She was a native of Paragould, Arkansas, the location of her final resting place. 

Allison was preceded in death by her mother, Beth McCaine Phillippe; and her father, Glen Phillippe.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Wayne Ellis; her sons, Verne Ellis (Ada) and Kevin Ellis (Stephanie); her sister, Marcia Rogers (Randel); her grandchildren, Caitlyn Bowell (Brandon), Casey Ellis, Robert Ellis, II, Austin Ellis, Brianna Ellis, Brandon Ellis, Christopher Robinson, James Dunagan, Jr., Michael Dunagan, Jonathan Johnston (Kelly), Jocelyn Hays (James), Jaiden Ellis, Mia Ellis, and Kevin Ellis, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Johnston, Luke Johnston, Jackson Hays, Jensen Hays, Cameron Weir, and Rileigh Weir.

Allison was employed at Harrison County Tax Collector’s Office from 1992 until her retirement in 2020.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, MS.  The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Heath Funeral Home, 321 W. Garland St., Paragould, AR, followed by interment at Linwood Cemetery.
