Aline Brewer Smith

Aline Brewer Smith, age 75, of the MS Gulf Coast, passed away on June 13, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eunice Brewer; her brothers, Earl, Jessie, Clyde Brewer, and Ernest "JuJu" Brewer; her sisters, Margaret Tate Davis, Linda Gail Austin, and Betty Lou Williams; and a grandson, Dakota Necaise.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 55 years, Walter Greg Smith; her children, Steven Smith (Miranda Necaise), Angela Dutil (Darren Dutil), Michelle Mithell, and Brent Smith; her siblings, Oscar Brewer (Carolyn Brewer), Bonnie Thompson, and Elaine Odom; her grandchildren, Clay Mitchell, Mason Rich, Brittany Dutil, Jennifer Desporte, Dillon Dutil, and Makaya Necaise; her great-grandchildren, Trey, Marcus, Kamielle, Morgan, Mosus, and Abram; and her favorite and prettiest niece, Gwen Tate.

Her favorite hobby was spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  The world changes from year to year, our lives from day to day, but the love and memory of you shall never pass away. 

Visitation will be on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 12 – 2 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach.  The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
