Alfred (Big Al) G. Niman, Sr, age 59, of Gulfport, passed away on September 2, 2008 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred V. Niman, and his brother, Robert O'Neal Niman.
Big Al is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Patsy Jo Niman, of Gulfport; his mother, Margaret L. Badgewell, of Tulsa, OK; his children, Victoria Lynn Miller and her husband, Howard, of Waterloo, IA, Robert Niman and his wife, Dawn, of Saucier, Alfred G. Niman, Jr, and Stacey Lorraine and Tony Garcia, all of Gulfport; three brothers, Tommy V. Niman, Ronald L. Niman, and James Niman, all of Tulsa, OK; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Big Al was a football and Nascar fan. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be forever loved and missed.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 8:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, where friends may call from 6:00 PM until service time.
