Alda Walker

Alda Marie Walker, age 94, of Gulfport, passed away on December 30, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Joseph Walker, Sr. and Margaret Christine Colston Walker; her brothers, Thomas Joseph Walker, Jr., Louis B. Walker, and Deacon Charles L. Walker; and her sisters, Lillian Ruth Bolling, Genevieve Benevidias, Margaret C. Hart, and Mary W. Paull; and a niece, Carol Campbell.
She is survived by her nieces, Paulette C. Paull, Sylvia McNeill, Beth Davis, and nephews, Thomas J. Hart and Bill Campbell.
Miss Walker enjoyed spending time with her family and her church family at St. John. She was an avid bird watcher.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Thursday, January 3, 2019, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 2417 17 ^th Street, Gulfport.  Visitation will be from 10 - 11 am.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
